In the village of Raidhuni in Kalahandi District, lives a determined boy named Manish Biswal. He is 12 years old and studying in Class 7. His father works as a laborer, his mother is a housewife, and he has one sister. Life in his village was challenging—schools were far away, and there were no proper facilities for quality education. When Manish came to Naba Asha, his life began to change. He found a safe and supportive environment where he could study well, live with discipline, enjoy good food, and grow alongside other children in the hostel. Manish’s favorite subject is Mathematics, and he dreams of becoming an IPS officer one day. With the opportunities and guidance at Naba Asha, Manish is steadily working toward his dream, full of hope and determination.
