Gidiyon is from Baliguda village in Kandhamal District, where schools are far away and children rarely get the chance to study. His father works as a daily laborer, and in his community many families struggle with poverty and alcohol issues. Education was almost impossible for him. At Nabasha Hostel, Gidiyon found a new path—one filled with good food, discipline, and quality education. His favorite subject is Odia, and he dreams of becoming a businessman, someone who can create opportunities and bring change to his community. With your support, Gidiyon can continue to study well and move closer to his dream.
