Jalashi and her family lives together in the Balangir town. She has one younger sister. She reads in class 8^th. She lives with her parents, uncle and Aunty in a joint family her father is daily labor and his elder brother have tea stall. Her mother is a house wife.

She wanted to be a teacher in future. She likes the children ants to teach them as teacher. She likes to play hide seek. Odia is her favorite subject. She is struggling with study.
