Alina Nag is a strong, loving, and spirited young girl studying in Class Three. Originally from Goshala, Kadampada, Kalamati in Sambalpur, Alina now lives at the Naba Asha Children’s Home, where she is nurtured with care, guidance, and hope.
Her family faces deep financial hardship. Her father, a driver, travels frequently to earn a modest living, while her mother, a devoted housewife, manages the home. With two sisters and aging grandparents, the burden on her parents is heavy, and providing consistent education and daily provisions has been a constant struggle.
At Naba Asha, Alina is flourishing. She receives the support she needs to grow into her full potential—academically, emotionally, and spiritually. Her dream is to become a police officer, driven by a desire to serve others and support her family.
Alina is also full of energy and joy. She loves playing games and sports, and her active nature makes her a bright presence in our home. Her resilience and enthusiasm inspire everyone around her.
With continued love and support, Alina is on a path to break the cycle of poverty and become a beacon of hope for her family and community.
