In the village of Raidhuni in Kalahandi District, lives a bright and determined boy named Moses Biswal. He is 11 years old and studying in Class 6. His father works as a daily laborer, his mother is a housewife, and he has two sisters and one brother. Life for Moses and his family was very difficult—there were no proper schools nearby, many people in the area were addicted to alcohol, and the family lived below the poverty line. When Moses came to Naba Asha, his life began to change. Here, he found a safe and caring environment, good education, and the chance to grow. He enjoys hostel life, where discipline, daily devotions, physical exercise, and good food help him thrive. Living together with other children, Moses is learning and growing every day. Moses’s favorite subject is Odia, and he dreams of becoming an engineer. He hopes to use his skills to help his family and community. With the opportunities and guidance at Naba Asha, Moses is steadily moving toward his dream, full of hope and determination. |
