Male Nurse
Jeet Jigar Nanda is a 13-year-old boy from Phatamunda village, Loisingha, Balangir District. He lives with his father, a farmer, his mother, a housewife, and one sister. Life has not been easy for Jeet. His family lives below the poverty line, and his village lacks proper schools. Most people in the community struggle with alcohol addiction, leaving little encouragement for children to study or dream about the future. At Naba Asha, Jeet has found a new direction. He now receives good education, discipline, and daily guidance to focus on his future. His dream is to become a male nurse, serving others with care and compassion. His favorite subjects are Math and Science, and he enjoys life in the hostel, especially the disciplined environment, healthy food, daily devotions, and physical exercise that keep him strong and motivated. |
